Hello My Name Is...

Señorita Gremar

My name is Ms. Gremar and I am the Spanish and English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher here at Northeast Elementary Magnet School.  This is my seventh school year teaching in Danville District 118 and my sixth year teaching here at Northeast.  I graduated with my Bachelors degree in 2010 from Olivet Nazarene University where I majored in Elementary Education and Spanish.  In December of 2014 I graduated with my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction of Bilingual education.  My goal for all of my students in Spanish is to give them a comfortable base of knowledge in reading, writing, listening and speaking Spanish.  I also hope to instill in them a curiosity about the cultures of the many Spanish speaking countries throughout the world.  Thank you for visiting my page!
